The Kiwanis Club proudly supports the 4074 Fun Day. This event is an opportunity for families and the community to come together and enjoy a day filled with old-fashioned fun and entertainment. Over the past years, we have seen many smiles, heard plenty of laughter, and delighted in the wonderful community spirit this event evokes in people.
This event is sponsored entirely by the generosity of businesses, local Council and government, and raises funds for charitable organisations. Charities are nominated by members of the community and tend to be a little lesser-known or those that don’t receive a great deal of funding from other sources, but are a huge support to many in our community.
Charities that have benefited include Project Love & Care, Enhanced Care, Miraa House, Mount Ommaney Special School, Montrose Therapy and Respite Services, World Access for the Blind Australia, Logan House Fire Support Network, DanDaLion Friends, Empowered Futures and SEQ K9 Rescue Inc.
